Version 1.3

- Deleted Wave's sparks during actions and running. This will probably delete lagging issues.
- Added Confoguration options for Wave's stats (Same as DS version of the mod)

Version 1.2

- Fixed bug with terrible lagging, when Dr. Wave was running on roads and spider webs. It was caused by wrong line in code. Also note, that from this update, wave can run faster on roads and slower on spider webs.

- Balancing character stats, I nerfred him a lot. Speed is changed from 210% to 160%. Hunger Drop is changed from 200% to 150%. It still needs some testing, if you think that I should change it even more, pleasse let me know in the comments.

- I deleted custom colour of the lines, to make character more suitable to the DS style.
