-included ability to control the witch running away after killing a special (idea from Xenorvya)
-added ability for witch to get angry at spit

changed some of the defaults after some consideration:
witch no longer runs away by default

-fixed an issue where survivors could suddenly turn into half survivor, half infected and shortly crash the game afterwards?
-temporarily patched out script issue spam and fixed the witch instantly killing tanks by removing the thing for the witch to deal increased dmg to specials
