Improved the looks of the the boss door and the mosaics on the doors of the angel door and the cathedral door. Made some minor and major changes to almost every other door as well

Fixed some inconsistencies in the sprites and redroom sprites
Fixed an issue with red doors not showing up in downpour
Fixed an issue where using an Emperor? card on stage 9 didnt show the right boss door

Fixed the flesh door after the mom fight from not properly changing

Made lots of small fixes to stray pixels and inconsistencies in all the files

Changed a few doors and got rid of 2 that didnt really feel like they fit in as variants.
