Added more spawn points and fine tuned waypoints

Fixed some sprits, path finding, and gun angles wont hit the hull

Buffed reactors a little to somewhat support the super capacitors to not being drained in under 3 seconds going full tilt

Deleted floating reactors

Improved energy output so captains can make maneuvers while firing their guns and not run out of juice in less than 3 seconds.

Made Freedom Divers front gun angle of firing less so it doesnt hit the ship.
