Attempting to prod the AI to build more outposts and be a little more aggressive.

Bug was making endgame AI stop building units. This has, hopefully, been fixed.

Please keep me updated on if AI stops building units in your game late game.

New: The EXP buff now has a custom name, instead of using the shadow empire tree name.

Fixed: The custom name let me identify that the Very hard/Brutal AI were getting the 3x EXP buff, and not 4x. This has been fixed.

Very Easy AI was crashing on turn 5, unsure why. This should be fixed.
