Added AC, AK, and AP snowplows. I found out that there was a 150 hp (110 KW) motor for the Mack AP that could push the top speed up to 40 mph (64kph). So I, of course, edited this into the code for the AP snowplow. This engine is also available for the AP firetruck that is in part 1.

Edits I made to the snowplow that differs from the original other than the engine:

1. Plow now faces to the passenger side to match other vehicles in the game.
2. Tank matches the length of the frame.
3. 2 different size plows.
4. 2 different wheel configurations.

Part 1 is now a hard requirement for all current and future packs (*for family tree info).


*Family trees are only needed if you plan to build vehicle production lines and purchase a license to build these vehicles yourself. A family tree allows you to buy a vehicle license for each chassis and get a discount for other vehicles of the same chassis type. For example: if you buy a license for a 5 ton AC dumper you get a 86.5% discount when you buy a license for a 5 ton AC concrete truck. Discounts do not apply for fire trucks, cross generation trucks (AC vs AP vs AK), or chassis of different weights (7 ton vs 10 ton). If you don’t plan to build your own vehicle production lines then family trees are irrelevant and Part 1 would not be a hard requirement.
