- Fixed German defender units. Late-war German units should now be part of defenses starting around day 28. Certain units (e.g. Brandenburgers, Panzergrenadiers) will still never be part of defenses.
- Prevented certain elite Soviet units from spawning as part of defenses.

- Applied tech limitations to German AI defenders. German defender AI will no longer use elite troops until later tiers.
- AI should no longer use MG42s before day 16.
