Added a claim button, moving the child to your house and acknowledging them as your bastard.
Fixed spacing on faith/culture, so when they have different length names it all looks uniform still.

There's multiple types of bastards - We started the mod only tracking secret bastards - the ones who nobody knows you're the father of.
But there's also just kids born out of wedlock if you sleep with peasant girls or have random event encounters etc.
You're the known father, but they're still bastards. Added those to both the on birth tracking and the decision.
Reset cooldown on decision so you can use it again to fully add all bastards to your ledger.
