Changed the skyboxes, CC and fog of the following campaigns: The Parish, The Sacrifice and Dead Center. Hard Rain from map's 3 to 5 have just a different CC.

Fixed the issue with the skybox on Dead Air.

Changed the skybox on No Mercy and Crash Course. Made slightly lighter cc to make it brighter. Changed the skybox on The Parish and reverted the cc back to the Yoru's one. Changed the VGUI to match the new look of maps.
