- Buffed the invincibility frames to 0.75 seconds when being pushed by the boss.

- Dropped the health of the Death Wish boss in the Train Rush part.
- Give the player more health during the Death Wish.
- (Hopefully) Fixed the shockwaves spawning mid-air.
- Made the trigger that fails the car cheating bonus mission smaller in Death Wish.

- Made DJ Grooves smaller in the icon
- Give the player 0.5 seconds of invincibilty when being pushed by the boss (thx SuperInkLink)
