-Fixed all scripts to match API changes from last cs update.

-Settings buttons now have the correct initial color based on default settings state.

-Added Board shape settings (rectangle or square shape option, better for MassClick for example)
-Micro Adjust scenario targets slightly slower (more time to react)

-Added a new scenario called Mass Click:

Spawns 50 targets that you need to destroy as fast as possible.
Timer starts and pauses on first and last target kills.

-Made player platform more round.

-Reduced map size (menu textures compression)

-Slightly improved menu visuals

-Added a 1 second menu button cooldown to prevent initializing multiple scenarios at once
