-Minor fixes

-Added some nades by default for VIP
-Set default pistol for VIP to P250
-Improved VIP weapon dropping
-Only 1 VIP if you play with 5 CTs or less. 2 VIPs will be starting 6 CTs.
-Reduced amount of "Invalid spawn" error spaming in console
-Same person can't be VIP two times in a row anymore
-Only one healthshot for VIP which gives 50hp instead of 25hp
-Helicopter glow slightly more visible now
-Added tooltips showing where helicopter is
