Fixed Amped Up dealing increased self damage
Potential stability improvements for a couple of other perks (I didn't have problems on my end originally so I can't test if the fix works)

MASSIVE update

- Fixed perks that triggered when you left the saferoom. Before they only worked for the first player who left, but they now work for everyone
- You can now view your current perks and XP at any time. Type "Perks!" in chat
- Removed perk reminder message when leaving the saferoom
- Added perk randomiser feature: enable it in the config file to give every survivor random perks when leaving the saferoom
- Added XP reset feature: enable it in the config file to set every survivor back to 0 XP when leaving the saferoom, letting them earn their perks again
- Fixed formatting for some chat messages
