-You now no longer need to be in the apartment complex of Refuge till wave 10, is now only till wave 5

-Updated the logic very quickly of the wavesets due of the recent update with Zombie Riot that made the waves shorter.

-You may now jump over the fences with no clip brush to stop you
-Dropping down the NPC's will teleport them to the original position
-You have a bit more access around the refuge big area
-The small area has an extra path now to make it less painful to deal with
-Added some music for specific ocasion and scenario be it last human alive etc...
