changes:
-Added a third control point to stage 3
-Added a new gate that opens after capping the second point on stage 3
-Removed pillars around the final control point on stage 3
-Changed some textures (temporary until i decide on something final)
*I will be changing last after some playtesting which is why it's all dev textures right now
-Added some new lighting to stage 3
-Added a ladder to stage 3 blu spawn
-Added gates that open and close based on how many points are capped on last

-Fixed various clipping issues on stage 1
-Fixed void underneath Red's spawn on stage 1
-Fixed leak on stage 2
-Updated some textures on stage 2
-Fixed bleeding light on stage 1
-Updated/added some visleafs
-Fixed control points on stage 2 not lighting up the right color when capped
