- Fixed a bug that caused the AI to delay getting its doctrines.
- Fixed an issue that caused the AI to produce too many tanks and not enough trucks/mech.
- Increased priority of small airframe and engine techs.
- The AI will make sure to have enough inf before it gears its production towards armor.

- AI Germany will not civ greed at all, it will build mils from day one.
- The AI will make a little less heavy tanks and more medium tanks.
- AI Japan may no longer go Mobile Warfare.
- The AI can now upgrade its armor and mot/mech division templates in field. I had it disabled it previously, but it seems that the AI would just field light tanks for the rest of the game if I block it from upgrading in field.

- The AI will make slightly more inf.
- The AI will upgrade its inf template sooner, hopefully leading to stronger inf divisions by the time the weltkrieg starts.
- Strategic Destruction AI will make slightly less strats and slightly more tacs.

- Toned down the civ-greeding. In theory, this should make the Weltkrieg a bit harder since the AI will make mils sooner, but there will be less industry snowballing in late game as a result.
- AI will make slightly less fighters and slightly more cas.
- "Die Fronde" AI Germany may now go Mass Assault!
- AI Russia may no longer go Mobile Warfare.
