trapper
- structure atk speed from -200% to -100%

soulbinder
- shared damage from 100% to 70% (same ratio for item)

tracer
- mark cooldown form 1sec to 500ms
- added a self trigger delay of 100ms when playing solo, so the mark doesnt instantly trigger from the same shot

fixed a bug when cursing items
