-Now has responsive effects when applying malus
-Malus now has a chance to trigger

-Banned Soulstone

Birthday Present:
-Removed curse mechanic with birthday present (which hopefully was the reason for the crashing issue on SteamDeck)

General:
-Made descriptions more readable

trapper
- structure atk speed from -200% to -100%

soulbinder
- shared damage from 100% to 70% (same ratio for item)

tracer
- mark cooldown form 1sec to 500ms
- added a self trigger delay of 100ms when playing solo, so the mark doesnt instantly trigger from the same shot

fixed a bug when cursing items

changed extension load order

-added a cooldown of 1 second to tracer mark
-changed weapons of new characters
-minor balance changes

neutral units are now marked by tracer
