- Optimized "BindKeyboard".
- New settings:
---- Prevent automatic play the looking item and helping hand animations.
---- Only play the inspect animations once.

- New setting "BindKeyboard", now you can bind any key on the keyboard and mouse (Check special keys).

- Change the default value, now have both animations enabled for all weapons. only one was enabled before due to my weird insistence.
