- Attempt at making the "Has Role" check work for both the "Recreate Character" menu option, and for bonus building pieces.

- Added a few more item containers to the allowed inventory list.
- "Recreate Character" option is now hidden to players without a specific sudo role.
- Guild UI should auto calculate storage capacity, build/placable limits, and any bonuses to guild members with specific sudo roles.
