Fixed issues:

Fixed an issue where if you change ships while the player ship is holding waiting for fighters to dock, it will leave early.

Fixed an issue where Sector scan would sometimes hang and never complete.

Fixed an issue where Sector scan would sometimes complete and not show yields.

Fixed an issue where Combat logic was giving orders to harvesters instead of just combat fighters.

Fixed an issue where Salvagers were not returning to the mothership to defend when there were no targets left.

Fixed an issue where Salvagers were being lazy with acquiring a new target.

Fixed an issue where Miners were not respecting the filters set in the UI. (double-click on the filter to set all others to off)

Made some tweaks to salvage logic weights.

General:

Updated for new version.

Updated the automation settings icon.

Created separate UI for automation settings.

Changing material filters in the UI affects both salvage and mining.

Known issues:

Combat fighters sometimes will dock all but 1 or 2 fighters (if you swap to that ship they dock -__-).

Next update is aimed at performance tweaks and optimisations.

Version 2.2

Major Refactor - Errors are expected after such a larger refactor!

Completely rewrote the mod structure from 3 main files to 110 specialized modules

New Salvaging Logic!
Centralized salvaging operations.
Smarter target selection.
Better squad coordination.
Improved wreckage handling.
Pressing salvage keeps salvaging fighters active, constantly looking for targets (requested by Maxx4u).
New automation setting for turning fighter auto-looting on and off (requested by Maxx4u).
UI Changes.
Enhanced yield display to show the amount of salvageable wrecks.

Various bug fixes.

Added a new Fleet Balance button which will move excess crew from other ships who also have a foreman system installed onto your currently piloted ship.

Currently this is instant, and will be tweaked in the future.

Place holder auto button does not do anything at this time.

New players will be given a petty Foreman system when first starting the game.

Added a new system to prevent escort ships using the foreman system from leaving fighters behind.

Version 2.1.3 - Smart Fighter Combat AI

Damage-Type-Based Targeting System

Fighters now target enemies based on their weapon specialization
Laser fighters prioritize heavily shielded targets (shields > 70%)
Bolter fighters prioritize low health targets (HP < 30%)
Balanced fighters adapt to any target type
Much more tactical and visually appealing combat

Target Diversity & Coordination
Prevents all squads from attacking the same target
Allows coordinated attacks on high-value targets (stations, large capitals)
Smart target switching with 20% improvement threshold
