Edited game rule category so it's localized correctly, no change to the mod.

Removed father after you make your selection - edge case where your summoned men might follow daddy to a new realm if he became employed to gained a title, leaving your court. That's obviously not intended so daddy dies.

Added a game rule, if you would prefer the summoned characters have a random culture you can turn it on.

Fixed the game rule category, will be in the "AI" category now.
Rather than gameplay_game_rule_category_etc insane string of words category.
