- Updated the cost, as it was updated for the normal solar panel.
- Added a tech progression dependency on the normal solar panel.
- Changed the name, as the old one was pretty long and this made the font size really small.

- Fixed issue with this mod overwriting the vanilla solar panel in the 'G' menu.
- Reordered construction materials to be in line with the vanilla solar panel construction materials

- Changed (reduced) the cost to reflect the changes that were done to vanilla solar panel.
- Added the damage effect used by the vanilla solar panel.
- Comfirmed this to work just fine on DX11, about which there was some confusion.
