add enable mod options on sandbox

replace local variables with global SmartHutch table for better mod compatibility

Added Timed Door: Opens and closes the hutch automatically at configurable hours.

Removed prints to console (oops)

- Added Passive Clean for balance reasons

- Added Auto Clean and Auto Heal features.
