v1.3 - finally an actual "major" patch

Trailstar:
- Now repelled and loses tracking strength if Stardust loses Neutral. (Brilliant Trailstars lose a hit upon being redirected.)

Backstab:
- Neutral Hitlag reduced (12 >> 6)
- Invulnerability Startup increased (3f >> 5f)
- Plus Frames on Block reduced (-1 >> -2)

CRESCENT SLASH:
- Should no longer break replays (yaaayyy!)

v1.2.1 - let me take a fucking break dude oh my GOD.

Revolve:
- DI on second hit reduced. (1.0 >> 0.6)
- SDI on second hit reduced. (1.0 >> 0.4)
- No longer pulls the opponent into the air if they're grounded.
- in other words, no more losing to DI down in neutral.

RELEASE:
- No longer disowns the moon if thrown in combo.

v1.2 - Day-Two Hotfix
(give me a break please i beg im so tired)

General:
- All moves' IASA has been adjusted (mostly decreased)

Revolve:
- No longer grants slight upwards momentum without air options in neutral.
- I'M NOT DONE KILLING THE AIRSTALL.

Teledive:
- Now resets Y momentum in combos always, even without air options.

Rebound Star:
- No longer hittable by the opponent even in neutral.
- This was always supposed to be the intended behavior but I never figured it out until now.

Eruption:
- Star Cost reduced (3 >> 2)
- No longer IOOT

Aimtraining:
- Slightly reworked:
- Now has a lifespan (150f) before auto-firing, and no longer rewards being active for longer periods of time.
- Brilliant Star gain has been reworked to having 3 active at once, and having the third one hit.
- Damage, Hitstop, and Plus Frames on Block adjusted to be consistent across the board.

Trigger:
- Now triggers targets on f17 (~f15 in combo)
- IASA in combo reduced.

CRESCENT SLASH:
- No longer allows -1 stars to be obtained if used with 0 stars available after previously used in a match.
- Overly verbose explanation or whatever, sure.
- No longer has framekill on block.

HEAVEN PIERCER:
- Now +1 on block (all 15 of its blocks...)
- Can now hit 15 times. (up from 12)

EVENT HORIZON:
- Updated particles.

v1.1 - Day-One Hotfix

Gravity:
- Now consumed faster when on -2 Gravity
- Now consumed faster with no air options remaining
- Now consumed faster on negative gravity in neutral.
- In other words, "Fuck you, no more airstall (I hope)"

NULLSTRIDE:
- Now uses an air option.
- Grounded movement no longer uses air options.
- You thought I was done? No SERIOUSLY no more airstall.

Teledive:
- Now no longer resets Y momentum if no air options are available.
- Seriously. I really didn't like that airstall.

Projectiles (General):
- IASA adjusted for both Combo and Neutral.
- No longer framekills

Rebound Star:
- Now interruptible immediately after the star is thrown in combo.

CRESCENT SLASH:
- Damage scaling per star slightly nerfed.

RELEASE:
- Keeps moon as owned even after release, allowing the use of REPEL as a followup.

REPEL:
- Now only gains 1 brilliant when starting a combo in the repelled state.
- If used on a thrown moon, the moon will stop in place before being destroyed.
- If timed properly, this allows RELEASE to be used after using REPEL as a sort of redirect move.

HEAVEN PIERCER:
- Hitstun no longer infinite (how did i miss this on release what the hell.)
