Big update
- Realized that this mod works for vanilla too. So no dependency or reference to Combat Extended anymore
- On top of friendly fire being deactivated for pawns of the same faction shooting at each other, you can now also define whether you want to be able to hurt neutrals or allies and whether they should be able to hurt you
