* Added new IEE factions to dummy table to prevent crashes without IEE enabled.

Patch 6.3 Hotfix
* "Mighty Horsebows" redline skill properly applies as a percentage, not flat bonus
* "Rift-Wrought Arrowheads" tech properly provides the ability to switch to default ammunition (instead of a broken placeholder)
* Garrisons no longer eat up unit cap
* Spawneaters are now considered "Nomads" for the purposes of skills and techs which affect the Nomad unit set
* Chaos Vultures now properly receive Bonus vs. Large from the "Falconer" lord trait
* "Falcon Bow" passive skill now only applies to the Khatun lord but triggers from much greater range
* Vassals can no longer declare war (theoretically)
* Man-Chu Invasion-summoned allies can no longer initiate diplomacy against other factions (theoretically)
* Short descriptions reduced to improve performance
* Reduced the amount of lods and added dummy models to many units to reduce packfile size and hopefully help with fps issues
* Added a new Treachery option, targeting allies and vassals, to improve diplomatic relations
* Decreased the cost to transfer Plunder between forces
* Quest battle adjustments to hopefully resolve issues with battles never ending or generating absurd sums of reward money
* The Hung can now be affected by Slaaneshi seduction and Belakor's Shadow Marks
* Raiding stances now generate a small amount of Plunder each turn
* Provincial fertility now affects the upkeep of forces--keep an eye out for places that can help or harm your economy!
* New IEE factions added to appropriate faction groups
* New IEE regions added to appropriate Adaptive Warlords geographical regions
* Added a few small faction and region renames when playing the Hung in IEE
* Zao Korr now properly rides his mount, Tsusan, after completing his third quest battle.

- Adjustment to the faction set so that only Hung factions grant vassals Chaos Corruption immunity, not all Chaos factions

- Man-Chu and Mung Narrative Quests should now properly deliver their rewards/chain missions when completed. Will likely require a new campaign start
- Zao Korr now properly receives his mount, Tsusan, upon completing his third quest battle
- Another attempt at fixing the unpredictable Turn 1 crash (please report with as many details as possible if it persists)
- Reduced the chevrons granted by the "Dolgan Boneknife" and "Kul Greataxe" followers
- Adjustments to Tribal Gathering "Settling" UI
- Added to the "Khan's Hoard" tooltip to make it clearer how to acquire the resource
- Hung vassals are now granted immunity to Chaos Undivided corruption
- "Camp Builder" skill now properly reduces building costs in Tribal Gatherings
- Basic army formations added
- Reduced follower drop rate

- Turn 1 crashes around turn 288/290 should be fixed
- Ur-Khan on Shuurghan can no longer capture domination points in sieges
- Khevtuul and Torguud RoR removed from unit cap increase unit set

- Fixed Zao Korr's faulty quest battles
- Ur-Khan can now successfully start his second quest battle
- Adjusted Onogal's Plague to add a 5 turn immunity after infection and slight nerf to infectiousness. Hopefully this should prevent global pandemics which never go away after one use of the ritual.
- Changed a unit set so that Khan's Guard RoR no longer get increased unit cap from buildings affecting standard Khan's Guard.

- "Seer's Augury" spell now properly only affects the shaman as intended (no more funky targeting lords)
- Hung mercenary recruitment now properly works for players
- Adaptive Warlords now works in IEE (requires new campaign)
- Added an entry to "How They Play" to clarify how to acquire Khan's Hoard
