Added a new area to the courtyard. Increased connectivity. Added a new (final) railing prop. Tweaked most of the teleports. Moved hats.

Replaced missing textures with stock concrete.
Tweaked surface properties of plaster materials to sound better when walked on.
Added a thumbail image.
Repackaged railing props as part of the addon rather than the BSP.
Tweaked some of the teleports.
Added particles to the gardens to hide the edge of the world.
Moved some of the hats to add replay value.
