Fixed a bug with redundant dialogue choices when guests have multiple reasons for not wanting to talk (thief, violence, or bad reputation).

- Improved conversation handling so that it doesn't happen that you can't talk to someone at all if there are multiple guests at the table.
- The guest doesn't comment on Henry's appearance (clothes, blood, injuries, etc.) while he's eating.
- Fixed a bug where it was not possible to have a drink with some guests after telling Henry's story.
- Fixed a bug where it was impossible to talk to some guests even though they had a tankard in front of them.
- Minor bug fixes.
