Allows you to select animal companions and eidolon as Default Target for Drilled Reactions (with the in combat toggle only).

Animal companions (other than the commander's) and Eidolons can now be squadmates. Added Drilled Reactions into abilities. Added the level 10 feat, Drilled Reflexes.

Fixed an issue causing a crash if DawnniExpanded wasn't installed. Fixed an issue with Pincer Attack's tactic selection stating the step was a free action when it is a reaction.
