Supplementary conversion pass. Mountains fixed, certain spawn restrictions corrected, etc. Manually repainted all province dominion borders because they tried to reset on me.

Additional mountains added; generally if a province had 'Mountain' in its name or a direct seasonal mountain passage route, it had Mountain added to it if it wasn't already there. This map had shockingly few mountains compared to the map image. Didn't add too many but I'm realizing just now I forgot to count the difference. Lol, Lmao, Whoops.
Winter map added for seasonal rotation/temperature scales.

Map version predates Caves and Underwater enhancements, and they have not been incorporated yet.

I did all the province repainting in the actual game map editor, which was probably a mistake, so I might make a cleanup rerun later using a border overlay made in photoshop or something.
