Updated Descriptor to 4.1.*.

The synth_queen_happened flag is still bugged.
Currently no fix for if two crises manage to be active simultaneously which would result in a bug after killing one where you could then re-enable the one that is still active.

Updated to allow those without Machine Age to make full use of the mod without it breaking some events.

Now every time a crisis is defeated it shall recount the number to prevent updates from breaking previous versions.

Added an escape option to the on-crisis-kill event to prevent players getting stuck on a menu with no valid options. This shouldn't happen, but added as a precaution.
