Fixed typo that caused a Security bot to not have a weapon.

- Fixed bipods not being available for LMG and Sniper classes (oops).
- Added more sub-categories for bot classes.
- Security's bots will only have 1x M249 now.

All classes except Support/Machinegunner can now access their team's long-range scope.
Rifleman/Fighter can now also access opposing clan's long-range scope.
Security bots now buy more nades, fewer smokes.
Insurgent bots now buy a reasonable amount of molotovs.
