- Fixed a bug on tank ace units where the veterancy bonuses would stack over and over each time the crew embarked/disembarked
- added a 'Forward OP' that can be built on capture points, acts as a retreat point & distributes medical supplies & weapons, only one on the field at a time

- captured panzerfaust requires less veterancy
- munitions/fuel OP's can be used to trade in surplus resources
- bunch of UI/upgrade/ability fixes

All these little updates are to correct minor issues like missing UI text or abilities not working right but I didn't expect this many. I'll quit it for now, make a list of whats still not working and try and patch it all in one go in a few days.
