Version 0.15

More enemies have gotten abilities, including:
- Bloodeel
- Bloodsquid
- Clown
- Hemogoblin Shark
- Goblin Thief


Changelog:
- Dark Casters summons have been nerfed
- Blue Slimes dont give the "Slimed" debuff anymore
- Giant Shellys shockwave radius and damage have both been nerfed
- Vultures reinforcement ability has been nerfed
- Slight nerfs to the Servants of Cthulhu

Bugfixes:
- The Skeletons dash particles should no longer go through tiles (probably)
- Fixed the Jellyfishes ability to function even if the player is outside water


And probably some other stuff i forgot to write down
