Balance Changes:

+ Improved scouts ability to retain speed
= Reordered Icons for a cleaner look
= Reduced hitstop on most moves to make replays less jarring

<> Upgrade Staion <>
+ Accessing the Upgrade station no longer costs 1 super meter, however, it still only appears if you have at least 1 meter, as it shouldn't used to stall. If Upgrade station stalling still proves to be an issue, further changes will be made.
- Buying Upgrades now take 10 frames, however entering and exiting the station still only takes 5 frames

+ Better Preserves Momentum
= Gains more momentum after 10 frames of use
= Now defaults to BHop when ending, allowing scout to more easily conserve momentum.
- Slide hitbox now comes out at frame 10 to prevent it's constant oppression in neutral
- Less momentum gained at startup
- No longer reversible

+ Spike hitbox now deals more damage (previously 1000 now 1100)
= Sourspot hitbox now sends more upwards
= Scout hangs in the air for longer before moving downwards, and downwards movement is faster
= Momentum is properly reset on use

<> Bat Copter <>
+ Only the final hit now scales the combo damage
= Tweaked hitboxes to hopefully enable further consistancy (as always, having full consistency is a pipe dream)

<> Forwards Throw <>
= No longer sends upwards, now it sends forwads a decent distance at a shallow angle.
- Using Forwards throw disables your ability to use slide for 25 frames to avoid unfair combo extensions

<> Pop Fly <>
+ Hitbox stays out for 5 frames instead of 2
= Using this move in the air now sends you more downwards
= Tweaked animation to better fit when it hits
= Swapped the x and y sending angles (sends further rather than higher)

<> Boink! <>
+ Hitbox stays out for 5 frames instead of 2

<> Winger <>
- Angling now effects the directions less

<> Force-A-Nature <>
+ Reduced Primary ammo cost from 200 to 150
= More Self Knockback

<> Pan Jab <>
- Can no longer be used mid air

+ Bat Copter will now also always knock enemies aerial to hopefully increase consistency, however the finisher hit now forces grounded if able
- Bat Copter now uses an air movement, unless it's being used in a combo

<> Skedaddle <>
+ Initial 3 hits of Skedaddle now deal 100 damage instead of 150, but the final hit now deals 350 damage instead of 150, leading to a 50 damage buff overall
- Reduced the amount of Consumable Meter Skedaddle gives on hit from 50 to 25

<> Air Strafe <>
+ Air Strafe now has 2.5x more influence

<> Pop Fly <>
+ Pop Fly deals more damage (old -- 650, new -- 1250) hopefully this incentivizes more use
- Pop Fly knockback force increased from 10 to 15 to avoid using it to combo when not against the wall

<> Sandman <>
+ Sandman Ball projectile comes out at frame 12 instead of 16
+ Sandman melee hitbox comes out at frame 11 instead of 15
+ Sandman now only costs 50% consumable meter instead of 66%

<> Bauble <>
+ Bauble Ball projectile comes out at frame 12 instead of 16
+ Bauble now only costs 50% consumable meter instead of ~58%

<> Mad Milk <>
+ Mad Milk Explosion radius incrased from 25 to 30
+ Mad Milk can now hit opponents OTG to give it a scenario where you can actually hit it
- Mad Milk now uses 66% of consumable meter instead of 50%

Balance Changes:
- Pistol hitboxes start up 3 frames earlier
- Shortstop now hits on 6f instead of 5f
- Slide hitcancles 2 frames later
- Batcopter hitboxes changed to lead into each other better (hopefully)
- Mad milk now throws farther, comes out sooner, and costs less consumable meter.
- Air movement speed is no longer limited with 90% of moves (schmove to your hearts content)
- Boink! hitbox lengthened behind scout to avoid it just passing through opponent most of the time
- Bonk! now hits harder and ground bounces to extend combos
- Cleaver comes out 1 frame earlier but still has the same amount of ending lag
- Damage generally increase throughout all moves (may need to scale it back for some moves)
