Added support for the Party Dance emotes (the wheel gets kind of huge, though)
Removed some log spam (the "restoring cursor position" stuff)
Changed movement pausing to use the new Mod HUD focus functions (this should have some nice side-effects like not showing mouse-over text for items behind the wheel)

Fixed emotes showing in chat as well as of last hotfix
Added mouse cursor moving options (making the wheel work by default more like it does in Dota 2, etc)
