Rebalanced "U.S. M998 Humvee by Papa_Chad" because WOW that thing spawned basically everywhere. If you find any other modded vehicle spawning disproportionately lmk

Reworked the custom bumper to bumper traffic jams, it just sucks that vanilla traffic jams are hard coded...

Added support/balance for another newly updated KI5 military vehicle.

Added new specific spawn zones for KI5's prison buses, school buses, bank trucks, and some for the box trucks, but the box trucks also got a bump in spawn rate in traffic jams.

Fixed a small error that no one probably noticed.

Added back options from the submods (that were removed) back into the original mod.

Removed the sub mods for being useless and overcomplicating things.

Sandbox settings improved! Specifics are located in the mod description and in game, obviously.
