Made many QOL tweaks to the sniper variants of the rifles and fixed every scope to magnify at it's realistic level. Also tweaked a few sounds to be more beefy and impactful.

Upped the volume of the guns that got Squad 44 sounds to be more in-line with the rest.

Resounded both Arisaka rifles, the Berthier 1916, lebel, kar98AZ, SMLE, and Springfield with sounds from Squad 44. I will be doing this for a few weapons in both of the other ww1 packs as well.

Split off "Sniper" versions of each gun that has a scope so that only that specific one has a scope for ease of use within any potential roleplay servers made with these guns. Also added the Mannlicher-Schonauer M1908 variant of the Mannlicher-Schonauer M1903 which is a rechambered one that was also in use.
