V1.1

Changes:

- Changed the P42DC to use the non-test version of the plow from the p30ch

Fixes:

- Fixed the P40 using the P42's icon in the train mod tab
- Fixed an issue on all mods that caused the train to want to be a low-rider on the rails. I took them to a competition with worbo and they have changed their ways. (Fixed clipping trucks)
