Added:
The spawn of Satan (Heavy Arty)
Prussia of the Balkans (Bulgaria)
Poland of the Balkans (Serbia)
The ability to land in beaches (Naval invasion tech)
Missions in decisions for each nation to complete within a given time when starting a war

Along with some Bug fixes

Ottomans now surrender in the first Balkan war after 150k casualties

Small changes, barely noticeable :)

Fixed an issue where Bulgaria would give up existing in the second Balkan war
Nerfed adaptable (blame podhole)
Made division changing free (except when adding a new type of battalion, idk how to change that)
Nerfed Mil ic
Had an existential crisis (yippee)

Was held at gunpoint to make 4 speed slightly faster

Finally got the mod in a playable state, still alot of bugs though (Might work on Balkan update next)
