-hotfix bad_cop doesn't get up in final chapter

-revert changes as I messed u the animations (yes I'm incompitent in managing things ik)

-fix extra animations causing the model to twist and delay AI

-removed some unnecessary files

-changes spaghetti codes in some lines

-re-adjusted dirty prisonguard outfit
-dirty texture for scar zero

I forgot to add boots texture

-remade the dirty nova prospekt combine prisonguards thanks to it's previous ugliness.

-clone cop fix
