green cooler's side special throw has more knockbackgrowth 70->85

blue cooler's down special on the ground has an 8 frame start up before teleporting
same for green's

blue cooler's downstrong now has more startup before and after teleporting (like 12 or 13 frames)

blue cooler is now lighter 150-> 130

added names cuz why not

better costume palette thing i don't remeber how it's called
