Updated tech rod recipe to craft 3 instead of 1 per craft.

-Removed husk resistance from barrier completely, having it was disabling refreshing from husk affliction, making it not just immunity to incoming but also cure for already present husk affliction.
-Fixed open container in disintegrator core.
