Fixed a mistake where Milan's Familia Ducale still uses the old model

The Duchy of Milan has now been updated! Fight for the court of Sforza and for the City with the proper attire!

Some Venetian units (mostly the Provisionati) have been updated

Corrected a mistake where the Venetian swordsmen unit is using a longsword

Returned the Sforza banner for mercenary units. Apparently the Sforzas are one of the most influential people amongst Italian mercenaries

For Mercenary units, they pretty much follow the Italian fashion, nothing foreign except some very minor details. For the meantime, I removed the banner from the mercenary units since it only carries the colors of the Sforza family, I'll look for an alternative, hopefully
