Changes,

-Changed the ENTIRE Air Tree
-Rebalanced ALL modules
-Added another tier to Aircraft
-Added more tiers of aircraft to Cargo and Blimps
-Added more Chinese Aircraft
-Updated Carrier Aircraft to be better at Naval-Air Combat
-Rebalanced Air-Ship weapons to be a bit more better, reversed the ability to have more than 2 of each type. May limit slots for Naval-Air Bombers if problem of stats persists
-Rebalanced Spotter Planes to be more useful
-Redid ALL Localization from the ground up
-Redid the Plane Designer GUI
-Added the ability to save or import Aircraft designs, now you won't have to CONSTANTLY redesign aircraft
-Changed Heavy Fighters to have higher air attack at the cost of speed and range
-Changed Fighters to have better range and speed at the cost of Air Attack
-Changed CAS COMPLETELY to act more like how Heavy CAS was in OWB
-Changed Transports to have more range at the cost of speed and defense
-Changed Bombers to have less range and speed but more Air Defense
-COMPLETELY rebalanced blimps to have better all rounder stats...at the cost of speed and defense but they are still pretty OP. I also made em cheaper so AI nations like Eagle Rock don't use up all of their manpower trying to build one or two blimp squadrons(25)
-Rebalanced ALL Modules in Air Rework including effects, stats, and more
-Added Countries to fix late-game lag
-Made Non-DLC Friendly

Fixes,

-Fixed Focus Trees being bugged
-Fixed Modules not having proper stats MANY times
-Fixed the Dreamcatcher being indestructible! NO LONGER MR. INCREDIBLE!
-Fixed Carrier Aircraft and Bombers being Mrs. Incredible
-Fixed Vertibirds not being able to convert with each other
-Fixed there being bugged parts to Air Rework such as Aircraft not intaking fuel, having 0 reliability, and other aspects to the mod
-Fixed there being able to have Aircraft that could essentially be indestructible
-Fixed the AI not building Aircraft like I wanted em to
-Fixed the AI prioritzing Scout Planes, wtf

-Modified Naval Bomber weapons to be a max of 5-6 instead of 2 due to HOI4 Limitations which would limit Player use of Navy Aircraft too much

-Rebalanced Module Stats and Resource Costs as well as general costs
-Buffed Self Defense Air Turrets and Cannons
-Rebalanced ALL Airframes to be cheaper and reflect size, weight, etc. more better. No more spamming Metal Generators just to build a B-52 hopefully
-Rebalanced ALL manpower for ALL aircraft to reflect the Fallout games and Real Life. No more 20 manpower for a Lvl 1 Long Range Strategic Bomber, no idea what that was about
-Modified Recon Aircraft
-Added changed Script Enynams or however you spell it, thanks Zam!

-Completely gutted OWB's "If You Research This To Trick The AI..." thing as it ONLY affected Cargo Planes from what I saw which is just...why?! In the future, I'll add a proper check for if you are trying to trick the AI.

-Fixed Air Localization not working, needed to do a replace loc in OWB to get it to work
-Fixed Localization Errors
-Fixed Bombardment Gliders being biplanes and being unproducable
-Fixed Carrier Bombardment Gliders being unproducable
-Fixed the player being able to jump from Lvl 1 Gunships straight to Lvl 4s without researching previous variants
