Added t-warrior ranks + abilities for some of them. (not canon blah blah go away)
Buffed t-warriors so not get as much cancer and have longer lifespan
Flag now requires complex funiture to build
fixed armor patch for sos2
fixed psyker patch - being able to halve mood debuff (found in vfe patches)

Resizing of some icon that were way to big for no reason
Various text fixes
Various code and xml changes (who cares)

- Steel rain marines now have biocoded items.
- Creepjoiners can now become super too
- Updated settings window to be nicer
- Bunch of fixes
- Ranks for Primarchs (Only consists of Chapter Master, with its limit being shared with the Astartes rank one)
- Custodes and Primarch stats have been nerfed a good bit, while they're still stronger than most stuff, it should be possible to kill them now.
- Psyker and Magnus nerfed to try and reduce their insane amount of psysens.
