mission 2:
delayed first wave so players have more time getting airborne

mission 3:
removed debug messages
gave players more time to rearm while av42 are starting

mission 5:
simplified mission so it's faster
only 1 team needs to be droped at either top or street
less AA missiles in the city
patrols are slower for easy targetting
less jets scrambled
activtated 2 cruiser for defense if players are overrun

mission 6:
changed e4 overlord with bomber because e4 cannot follow a path but bomber can so it's more reliable and less frustrating for players

mission 9 is still WIP so i disabled spawns for now
