Removed 2 recipes and added a combination of items required for the bar ingredient (the 2 recipes were for bar half and bar quarter, respectively). Huge shoutout to Black_moons to help make this happen

Added Draw Plate item as a requirement for more realistic crafting. Shoutout to cashew from bringing this up

Changed recipe outputs to reflect the correct amount of wire for each recipe.

Full Bar recipe made 10 full wires
Half recipe made 5 full wires
Quarter recipe made 2 full wires

it meant to be 1 full wire, 1/2 of a wire, and 1/5th of a wire.
