Update!

Added random creatures system (normal, fast, and poison headcrabs).

Added audio effects on spawn.

Added dust visual effect.

Implemented player targeting – creatures will hunt the player who activated SCP-019.

Added admin ConVars:

scp019_maxheadcrabs – max creatures (default 10).

scp019_autospawn – auto spawn (0/1).

scp019_autospawn_interval – auto spawn interval (in seconds).

Added automatic spawning of creatures every N seconds.

Optimization: reduced server load in entity logic.
